Andrew joined Walkers" Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group in the Cayman Islands in 2013. He has a particular interest in fraud and high value asset recovery, and is an arbitration specialist (MCIArb) as well as an accredited civil/commercial mediator. Andrew has considerable offshore experience having previously worked in the Middle East at a leading international law firm.

Andrew has appeared regularly before the Financial Services Division of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. He has been involved in a number of high profile disputes, including AHAB v SICL & Others; the most significant fraud trial, both in terms of value and length, ever to be heard in the Cayman Islands where the claims and counterclaims at their height amounted to over US$17 billion. Andrew was also involved in the multi-jurisdictional corruption proceedings of Republic of Djibouti & Others v Abdulrahman Boreh & Others.

Andrew is currently the Director of Legal at Walkers Professional Services (WPS), which provides corporate, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and fiduciary services to Walkers" corporate and institutional clients across global financial centres. He leads the in-house legal function within WPS and is responsible for all legal drafting and for defining and implementing strategies for the mitigation of key legal and operational risks.
