Since 2000, Francisco Tiburcio has been a Mexico City partner of the law firm. Business perspectives on criminal matters in an environment where the physical and legal insecurity have increased), and is also author of various articles in specialized magazines.
Tiburcio graduated from the Law School of Veracruz, the Universidad Cristobal Colon and obtained his PhD degree at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
