Dr. Ozgun OZTUNC, the founding partner of Ozgun Law Office, graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ankara University, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the Institute of Business Administration and Economic Sciences, Istanbul University. He then received his doctoral degree in Public Law from Marmara University, and received the title of assistant professor in Public Law at Istanbul Aydin University. Having lectured in mass communication law and contract law at Istanbul Aydin University and Hasan Kalyoncu University, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc currently holds the title of doctoral lecturer. He is currently lecturing at Istanbul Bilgi University.
